Pro chefs and our Test Kitchen staff rely on the Microplane for its superior performance with finely zesting, grating and mincing. (See the next page for useful tips.) The ultra sharp blades make grating everything from hard cheese to butter a timeless task. (Bonus: The blades never get dull!) Just use a kitchen brush to clean out the tough-to-reach area under the blade and then pop it in the dishwasher. (No worries…the stainless steel is rust-free.)

A quick scrape of a cookie sheet, skillet or saucepan before you start washing means you won’t have to scrub!
